Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Per year

Position Summary: The Project Manager is primarily responsible for performing and accounting for all contracted work. They are in charge of schedule updates, quality control in the field, tracking, budget, and property project-related activities that are assigned. As part of our Redstone leadership, they are expected to exemplify Redstone’s core operating principles.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project-related activities to meet deadlines, including project maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.
• Direct and supervise all project personnel, including vendors and craft workers, such as painters and plumbers.
• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods of completion.
• Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring compliance with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Order supplies or materials to complete projects.
• Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
• Evaluate methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans.
• Perform or oversee pre-building assessments and apply sustainable building strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and environmental protection.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience is required.
• 4+ years of property management maintenance experience in build and
  renovations is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful
  conditions.
• Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning,
  resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of
  people and resources.
• Familiarity with the principles and processes for providing customer and personal
  services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for
  services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience overseeing the use of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other
  techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
